The itinerary of this Tour is subject to change without notice. SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS is not responsible for unforeseen events and/or circumstances which cause a change to or cancellation of event(s) during the Tour. In the event of such an unforeseeable change or circumstance, SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or find a suitable event replacement. Upon notice to SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS, Traveler may opt out of any scheduled event and/or attend an alternative event at his or her own expense and arrangement.

Traveler agrees to maintain health insurance during the Tour which includes overseas coverage. Traveler is responsible for his or her own medical expenses and/or prescription drug expenses incurred while on the Tour. While travel insurance is not required for this Tour, Traveler is strongly encouraged to procure travel insurance to cover unanticipated expenses such as cancellation, loss or damage to property. SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS does not provide health or travel insurance.

The total price for the Tour is $2,985 per person, payable in advance prior to the Tour. Price includes that which is indicated in the attached Tour Description & Itinerary. (Each sleeping cabin contains one double bed. Sorry, no single supplement available)

The above price does NOT include airfare to and from the United States and Italy. Traveler must arrange for his or her own transportation to Portarosa, Sicily. Ground transfer to and from the marina in Portarosa, Sicily and airports or train station is not included. (Upon request, SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS can book private ground transfers on Traveler’s behalf.) Prior to commencement of Tour, Traveler will communicate in writing (email is acceptable) to SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS his or her personal travel plans (arrival/departure dates/times and flight information, etc., as well as send a photocopy of his/her passport). The Tour price also does not include incidental travel fees, including but not limited to, taxi fare, baggage fees, gratuity, medical expenses, insurance, personal items or expenses, non-included meals and beverages, room service, phone calls, laundry, and/or airline fees. Any other fee or service not specifically identified herein or in the Tour Description & Itinerary is not included in the Tour price.

A nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 is required to register Traveler for the Tour. Availability is first-come, first served. The deadline for submitting the deposit and completed registration form is May 2, 2021. The balance of the Tour price must be received by SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS no later than June 2, 2021. If payment is not received by this date, Traveler's reservation shall be cancelled, and Traveler will not receive a refund of the deposit.

Reservations canceled 60 days or more before the final tour payment due date will be refunded 50% of tour fees paid thus far (excluding the deposit, which is non-refundable). Cancellations between 59 days and the final payment deadline will receive a 30% refund. After the final payment deadline has passed, no fees are refundable, and any remaining unpaid portion of the trip balance is due within 10 days from cancellation.

No refunds will be given to any Traveler who fails to participate in the Tour or who withdraws from the Tour after the Tour has commenced. Any unused portions of the Tour (e.g., excursions, meals, room stays, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS requires a minimum of six (6) people to participate in the Tour. If the minimum is not reached, SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS has the right to cancel the Tour and will issue full refunds to all registered Travelers, including deposits. In the event of such cancellation, SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS will not be responsible for any costs associated with cancellation, including but not limited to, airline ticket or hotel cancellation costs.

SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS further retains the right to decline, to accept or to retain any Traveler as a member of the Tour at any time should such Traveler's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment interfere with the operation of the Tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other Travelers.

Please be advised you and your guest are assigned one cabin on the boat with a shared bathroom with other passengers. Boat cabins have limited space for sleeping and your personal belongings. Consideration for other guests includes keeping the shared spaces clutter-free and bathrooms clean. SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS is responsible for cleaning and keeping the shared spaces ship shape daily. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to keep the cabins clean.

SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS will be providing meals (breakfast, lunch and 1 dinner aboard the boat) and 2 liters of water per day per person. You must notify SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS of any dietary restrictions prior to our departure. SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS will try and accommodate these restrictions.

SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS may take photos during the tour that may include Travelers in the scene and may use the photos later for promotional purposes. By traveling with SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS, guests agree to allow their image to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. In turn, SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS pledges to use care in choosing photographs that are flattering. Travelers who prefer that their image not be used are asked to advise SETTEBELLO EXCURSIONS before the Trip and to send a written request to our email address: info@settebelloexcursions.com.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed with reference solely to the laws of the State of California.
